|Recommended: YesIt's The People That Make The Place — I've been living here for around four years and the property's changed hands several times around once a year, but for the last year Westover Co. is been the owner and let me tell you, what a difference mainly because of the manager of this property specifically Ms. Lilian Casanova, she's the most nice, considerate and respectful that I have to communicate with and is extensive to all employees in the office and even from maintenance. Excellent consumer service and great quality. I'll stay there as long she's there too.

Briana, the assistant manager is also great, and they are both always willing to help. No complains
